Letter to Mr President Barack Hussein Obama and BP CEO

Dear
Mr President Barack Hussein Obama and BP CEO

A swiss group has the technology and the know how to collect Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill, stop the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill and use again the wells.

We did it in Koweït and we have new secret patents for this very special job, secret because we were stolen all our previous patents.

Our previous patents were registered in April and May 1991 at the INPI in Paris. The international extension was affected within the correct time frame at the OMPI (Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle - World Organisation for Intellectual Property) as proved in the following documents showing the systems of extinguishing and capping burning oil wells registered in the name of Joseph FERRAYE.

» Reports from international precedence research established by the EPO (European Patent Office) proved that the two systems were indisputably new. This was confirmed by the Petroleum expert Geraud VITRAC on 23.03.1997 !

» According to international conventions on intellectual property, France has an "incubation period" during which the administration is strictly bound to keep details of the patent confidential for a period 18 months, which in this case would have expired in October 1992.

The invention describes a system for extinguishing fires in oil wells subjected to very high pressures, and cooling of the surrounding ground. The base of the system is, for example, of conical shape resembling a volcano. The flames are stifled by introducing a non-flammable gas (e.g. nitrogen or liquid carbon dioxide) or water into the system through holes (4a, 4b) in the conical section. The turbulent propagation of this gas, achieved by using angle connectors in the system, occurs in the same direction as the flames and is intensified in an upward direction by the conical shape of the system. The outlet via the crater (1) is a form of eruption encompassing all the flames, and nitrogen is directed downward to cool the surrounding ground.

A robot for sealing and blocking pipes which are subject to very high pressure. The robot comprises a counter-pressure device below the main blocking portion for simultaneously acting on the inner wall, at depth in the pipe, by expansion caused by a single linear movement of a tapered shaft in a cylinder having therein a tapered bore; said shaft having a diameter which is 50 % greater than the difference between the inner taper diameters of the two ends of the cylinder, which cylinder has a slot running the full length thereof and is controlled by hydraulic jacks; a centre pipe allowing oil flow and normalising the upward pressure during the insertion process; and two pantographs for centering the system in the well in spite of the very high pressure. The high pressure in the well helps ensure blocking of the system.
